At Snappy Meals, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable. Below is an outline of our policy.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized products, such as special orders or personalized meal plans.

Sale Items and Gift Cards
We are unable to process returns or refunds for items sold during promotional periods or for gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to being processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Changes to Orders
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any order for valid reasons, such as stock limitations or suspected misuse of the platform. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
